Well it's definately not standard, the problem with this particular hand is the most likely hand to limp call is 88 99, I'd rather have AT, in better shape in the unlikely event you are called.

id rather chew glass than push here, your risking yur stack with a subpar hand to maybe pick up 100 chips

I think you can find a lot better spots to get your money in. Your risking your whole stack to win 120 chips. Like Bishop said, limpers could have 88 99 TT, those are hands I limp with in levels 1 and 2. Every once in a while I will push with AA or KK when a lot of dead money is out there, because people call with AK or small-med pairs.

I'd probably just check here and try to hit a set cheaply, but your play is just fine.

I'd say that you have slightly over a 50% chance of picking up this very nice pot uncontested and you'll likely be racing if you don't. I'd like your play much more with 88-TT, but this should be just fine too. Nice hand.

And BTW, it's not 120 that you stand to pick up, it's 150, with your stack at 730 after posting. This play is not standard for most players, but it probably should be. With 88+, I'd do it for sure.

Pushing here is fine. People saying that the most likely hands that limp here are 88-TT are thinking of the most likely hands that THEY would limp here not the most likely hands a random $22er limps here. You pick up this pot a big portion of the time and race the vast majority of the other times and as 45 pointed out the pot is 150 not 120. Sometimes you get called by an overpair and once in awhile 66-44 here calls you because you are "putting a move on them"

1C5 what has happened to your game lately man? You never used to do nonsense like this. Just check, this is a hand with great implied odds to stack someone. It's a complete and utter waste to push.

Hold on, 150 chips to my stack is not a complete and utter waste.
