Composure after firing large bet

On my first visit to a real nl game (unfortunatly, i could play limit, but never played nl b4, gee who threw a party?) I was giving off a few tells. People could tell what i had.

I now have two words for you. Glasses and sun.

A couple more words of advice. Just stare at the pot and dont say anything. Take a few deep breaths before, and just keep breathing slowly, it works really well!
