So technically the UIGEA didnt make online poker illegal again because it is already illegal? [/ QUOTE ] No, it is not illegal. There is a gray area regarding placing wagers over phone lines, but nothing has been set in stone yet regarding playing poker over the internet, on a federal level.

I'd do this in 2 seconds if I had like 40 million to my name and could afford the best PR person and gaming-saavy lawyers.
I'm also surprised that someone like Larry Flynt hasn't done something like this. He's a poker player, no?
