Default Flop play PLO200

UTG is really bad and probably on tilt after losing a few big pots in a row.

1. So I ... called his AI reraise.
2. I would fold with deeper stacks or against a more decent opponent or is that debatable?

You're about 42% against a naked straight here and if you're opponent's on tilt he's probably not going to be folding 99 or KT here either. Once you repot, you're absolutely committed to the hand. The only question is whether you want to repot the flop initially or just call, but against a steamer, I think this line is fine.

If villain is good then his 3-bet is nearly always a straight or higher set so you have to fold?
