How long before we become targets??
Has anyone given consideration to the possibility of a knock at the door with warrant in hand? Can't the banking legislation can be applied to the consumer as well??Money laundering requires two entities? Won't neteller execs be required to hand over bank records??

Re: How long before we become targets??
It's not a federal crime to play poker on the Internet, period, so my guess would be 'never'.

They do not want to arrest US Citizens. They want to arrest the big shots who made or are making huge money off US Citizens.

Re: How long before we become targets??
Gambling is not an issue. Its the legality of the transactions themselves. The latest legislation targets monetary transactions to "known" gaming sites. The only way neteller execs can be prosecuted is if prosecutors can show neteller took funds from US citizen A and transferred them to gaming site B. Since poker is not illegal why did pstars payments stop accepting transactions? Pstars payments are for poker play only as these funds can not be transferred to a Casino site. I suspect pstars has a legal team that evaluated and felt they were exposed to "significant" risk by processing these transactions. They allow us to play but won't take funds direct from US banks. Hence they are not worried about the gaming law there concern is for the transactions themselves.
