I'm a 15 year sales closer/trainer (car biz) looking for a new career and have a few job appointments lined up (mort. loan rep) this week. It appears like most commission gigs they will take my pulse and try to hire me. Any suggestions, questions to ask, or things to look out for?

I have a few marketing/networking ideas that should build a quick, large client list. Maybe a fellow 2+2er could give me some ideas/help on my new career?

I plan to host a "realtor only" freeroll at a local struggling poker room (WA State) my first month to intro myself to all the realtors. Good idea? Drawbacks?
