are you aware of the current state of arbitrator abuse in the marketplace? Many people sign contracts currently, specifically with Credit card companies, that force them comply with arbitration rather than able to bring a lawsuit; there is a reasonable history of these arbitrations being very tilted toward the company paying the arbitrator ( no I don't have specific references but I will see what I can do ).

I've heard of this. I'm not sure what the problem is. You're *agreeing* to a particular arbitrator when you sign the agreement. Isn't the usual objection that two parties will pick different arbitrators? Now you're complaining when two parties pick the same arbitrator? Why would you complain about an arbitrator you specifically agreed to?

If you have a problem with the arbitrator, then don't agree to that arbitrator. If you want to get into a discussion of fraud, that's another story entirely.
