[/ QUOTE ] I've heard of this. I'm not sure what the problem is. You're *agreeing* to a particular arbitrator when you sign the agreement. Isn't the usual objection that two parties will pick different arbitrators? Now you're complaining when two parties pick the same arbitrator? Why would you complain about an arbitrator you specifically agreed to? If you have a problem with the arbitrator, then don't agree to that arbitrator. If you want to get into a discussion of fraud, that's another story entirely. |
