Anyone ever disputed a CC deposit?
That's what's about to happen to Ultimate bet. They made it awfully easy to get the money on but as soon as I get it on I can't log in! go figure! I've contacted the deposit center by phone and was notified that they do not help with techincal support. The only way for tech support is via email which their response times are less than satisfactory. It looks like charge back time....

[/ QUOTE ] Not that it would make much difference given recent developments, but charging back without attempting to resolve the issue amicably will result in your being blacklisted somewhere. IOW, you're shooting yourself in the foot. |

I don't know what else to do. I get an "INTERNAL ERROR" message when I try to log in. It's been 3 days and I've sent several emails and have kept them professional in tone. I've gotten absolutely no response from Ultimate bet.

[/ QUOTE ] Send another e-mail to support with a subject of "Credit Card Chargeback" and in the body of it, let them know that you will have to do chargeback if you don't hear from them and/or get resolution soon. |
