I think I mentioned this already but I got that authorization from them and in writing.

[/ QUOTE ]

Did the authorization explicitly say that you would be paid rakeback on your own account playing under your own affiliate?

Feel free to post the email...

Danger,

Get it in writing with full disclosure. Abide by the agreement in full. End of discussion.

Don't get excited about all the 2+2 "EXPERTS". Just hit ignore, it works great.

but, at any time the site could say "you are in violation of the T&C's, we are shutting you down"

you can show them emails or whatever showing they gave you permission, but the fact still remains you are in violation.

FT banned a guy from ever playing on their site for creating a 2nd account.... AFTER they told him to create it because his other account was Hacked and stolen....

[/ QUOTE ]

Not even a similar situation. I'm going to use the ignore button on 2+2 "experts" more often.

Signing up under yourself is Frasud traffic... they could have closed your account and affiliate account (and kept all your money)

If you are as experienced as you say, how could you not already know this... I am not an affiliate, and its pretty clear to me...

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm a NON affiliate. Please post more affiliate questions so I can post more expert T and C rulings about issues I have no hands on experience with.

You seem to have the T and C's down. Just keep quoting them.

I can't put you on ignore so i'll just help Danger by PM and you can brush up on any incoming T and C bulletins. OP needs a little help working out an easy deal. Not spewage from a non affiliate T and C expert.
