Cashing out from Epassporte

Is it still ok to cash out from epassporte to your US bank account? If so, how long does this take?

from what i've read here, it takes 7 days for your withdrawals to hit your bank account.

2 questions. can i use my epasseporte to wire someone a western union (since its a credit card) and also i still aint got my bank acct verified to allow me to deposit back into my bank. (i opened it with a visa instead). i worry what if my bank dont accept their micro deposit? its bank of america.

I talked with epassporte and was told the following.

To validate a checking account would take about 7 business days. Then once validated I could transfer up to $300 a day. Each $300 would also take up to 7 business days to land in the checking account.

It will take 4 weeks to recieve a card. And that card would be limited to $500 a day.

Maybe there will soon be a method that will allow large withdrawls to happen within a week, or so, instead of a month or more from now.

I noticed that on the withdrawl link, "Cash Transfer" seems to be listed as a payment processer. Can it also be used to withdraw ?
