Default Stars Intentional Disconnects - Anyone ever get a positive resolution?

I know there are bigger issues out there... but has anyone ever had any success getting Stars to do anything?

I've reported 2 or 3 obvious instances over the past month or two and I always get the same answer back.... To paraphrase:

'We've reviewed his history and one time he disconnected when he held the nuts so that means he didn't intentionally disconnect against you'

I'm currently in a pissing match over a measly $253 pot. But it seems to be happening so much more frequently that I'm a concerned about this being a bigger issue in the future.

Maybe I'm just paranoid, here's the hand history. I'm the NIT.

Poker Stars
Limit Holdem Ring game
Limit: $30/$60
5 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (5 players) NIT is CO with 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG folds, <font color="#cc0000">NIT raises</font>, 2 folds, BB calls.

Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4.5SB, 2 players)
BB checks, <font color="#cc0000">NIT bets</font>, <font color="#cc0000">BB raises</font>, NIT calls.

Turn: A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4.25BB, 2 players)

BB disconnects and is all-in.

River: K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4.25BB, 2 players)

Results:
Final pot: 4.25BB
<font color="#">BB showed Kc Th</font>
<font color="#">NIT mucks 5h Ah</font>

obviously this isn't the one where he held the nuts.

maybe I'm completely oblivious here. I'm sure there are intentional disconnects out there. Disconnecting when the ace comes certainly doesn't look good.

But give Stars a little credit too. And remember that disconnects really do happen.
And Stars can also see whether the player has a history of disconnects at opportune times.

I got disconnected with a set of Q's the other day. Cost me a few bets. It happens.

And to answer your original Q: Yes, I believe Stars has resolved some intentional disconnect sitations/accusations. i would be interested to hear from those who have actually experienced this though.

oh wait, I see what they're saying now.

They're saying that on of his disconnects in that session he was holding the nuts.
So they are saying that the guy was obviously having connection issues.

Seems plausible enough to me.

No, they're saying one time last year he disconnected with the nuts, so obviously he has disconnect problems.
