Flop call is fine. You have an overpair and a gutshot, and folding to minraises is generally bad for your image. As played, I'd bet more on the river. You hit big, now bet big and try to get paid off. There are few hands that villain can lay down for a PSB that he wouldn't lay down for your $4 bet. If he hit a flush with AcKc, he isn't folding. If he has an overpair, he's also likely calling.

considering that the board turned a scare card putting a possible straight out there? is my hand really going to be getting paid off by overpairs?

Not all of the time, no. However, if villain is willing to call $4 with an overpair, he's probably also willing to call $8 or so. With the second nuts on the river (and pretty much the nuts since we know we're ahead here), we want to maximize EV. If he calls $4 70% of the time and $8 50% of the time, then we're better off with the larger bet.

I think you should valuebet the turn, a 4-5$ bet seems fine there. You want to get as much money in the middle as you can, and you only have 2 betting rounds to do so. Bet, and hope he has something to call you with.

Flop is standard but bet the turn and get it all in on the river.

Villain's line looks a lot like whiffed overcards or a flush draw because of his check behind on the turn. From his action on the flop though, he might also have an overpair or set though sets are unlikely here since he is only raising 6% of his hands PF. He'll probably call a decent sized bet bet on the turn with an overpair or the flush draw and throw away overcards. So given that, bet out on this turn man. If he bluff raised you on the flop then you arent going to extract anything more out of him anyway. Your plan here should be to get a lot of money in the pot and not worry too much about blowing him out because you are typically only doing that when he was bluffing the flop. Bet out, hope he has something and stack him.

I wouldn't fold to the flop rr either. I'd go with a 3/4PSB or PSB on the turn, same on river.

Consider overbetting the river.
