Do you have a read that this 1 AF Villian will bet when an Ace falls on the turn? Without a better read that Villian will continue to bet, imo Hero should lead out on the turn, a passive Villian is likely to call behind. If we have a read that Villian will bet, c/r is great. But we are sick if Villian checks behind.

Bet here, I would imagine the KQ would check behind the ace and bet the river if checked to. So bet and try and get two bets out of him.

Bets. I think this guy is bad enough so that a) he'll call with a Q if we bet and b) he'll check behind a Q if we check. If he's got a flush draw, he's making a huge FTOP mistake calling, since he's drawing dead. This hand is only interesting if he raises. Then we should call his raise and probably call the river, although it's close vs this guy.
