I entered the code, deposited $1000 and got the 25,000 Action Points needed for the bonus. I haven't got my money, and it doesn't look as though it's coming. I've been told by a manager that there was no bonus on my account, and that a glitch may well have occurred. I was told that the promotion had to be taken down due to this "glitch". After a long argument I was told that no exception can be made and that I will not be getting my money. Has anyone else had problems?
