The Mr Specklehead Challenge.

Take one toothpick holder full of toothpicks, (prefably on the larger scale).

Hold toothpick holder steady, place your forehead very close to it, then slam forehead into the toothpicks.

Stand up straight. Some toothpicks will fall out. A lot will fall out if you were a pussy. Someone else now counts the toothpicks lodged in your forehead. The winner is obviously the one with the most, ala Mr Specklehead.

By the way, the most I have ever seen was 38 by a crazy Japanese dude. He was bleeding a bit.
