I too chose an answer way out in the future.

I consulted my magic 8 ball and im sorry to say, you are going to get injured slightly while lifting (torn scrotum) and this will cause you work out routine to slack off until eventaully you dont do it at all. Your metabolism is going to slow down with age some, and youll hit 200lbs in a couple years after a double quarter pounder value meal from McDonalds.

I know 25 lbs is A LOT of weight to gain back, but trust me, it is waaaay easier just because I have been there before.
