Re: Good Beds
tempurpedic/posturpedic (whats the difference anyway?)
i got a king size; which is really 2 mattresses pushed together; adjustable (can put the back up to sit / can put the feet up) and its also got one of those vibrating mattress things like a cheap hotel. best nights sleep i've had ever...but it did take a week of semi bad sleep before i got used to it |

Re: Good Beds
The first thing I did with the extra money left over from my relocation bonus was buy a tempurpedic. Soooo awesome. And even though it's more expensive, they have a 20 year expectancy with a good warranty.
My only complaint is that it's "cold". |

Re: Good Beds
I just bought a serta beauty rest with a pillowtop for about 1.5k and it is absolutely wonderful. honestly the best purchase I've ever made.
I also got some of the best sheets i could find for like $80 on overstock (retail was something like 300), a new comforter, and some super jacked pillows that were like $50/each. totally worth it. |

Do you mean when its cold the mattress feels firmer? |
