Dual External Monitors on 700m laptop

Presently I have a 700m and two monitors. I tried a VGA splitter, but that only allows for the same image to be displayed on both monitors. I can extend my desktop from the laptop to the monitor, however but am not sure if it's possible to extend between two externals.

Is it possible to buy a second external video card for a laptop with two outputs? What about a docking station with both a dvi and vga outputs?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Jackpot. Thank you very much. It looks like $239 is the cheapest, which is a little more than I thought it would put me back.

I wonder if I should I consider a cheap desktop with appropriate video card solution instead? Don't really want multiple databases, etc floating around though, so I think I'll go with this.

If people have used this and care to share their experience, I'd love to hear it.
