Default hand analysis

How would you play this? I know the preflop call was risky but i liked the hand and felt like gambling.

1) Fold pre-flop
2) Bet the pot on the flop
3) Go to the right forum
4) Profit!

defending a blind steal with reads is not wrong with J9s...

Flop - bet! TWIWP, bet turn. TWIWP, bet river.

Didn't you flop a flush?

If so, I would seriously consider betting at some point, but I'm crazy like that sometimes.

(Also, calling preflop because you "felt like gambling" is pretty lame. I'm not saying you should fold, I'm just saying that reason is wrong. If you told me you called because the Button was an aggressive stealer with a deep stack, then okay. I'm just not feeling the "felt like gambling" thing.)

lol at a guy with 6000 posts saying to fold preflop.
1) Call preflop-- GOOD
2) Bet $3 on flop
3) CR turn
4) Hesitate then bet absurd amount on river and get called
