Best Way to Get $20k out of a Pokersite? What about Depositing 1k?

I used to use neteller a lot. It worked great.

I could deposit more than $1k at a time and withdraw as much as I want.

Now I don't see how to do either of these things.

I play on pokerstars, FTP, and UB so it looks like my only option might be epassporte. But with epassporte how do you withdraw more than 1k? From what I read, you can only do 1k at a time? Is this the case?

I'm not as concerned about being able to deposite but still would like to be able to deposit a few thousand at a time.

Any info would be appreciated.
