I check. I would be more inclined to bet if the river was the 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] but even there the bet would be pretty thin.

What hands other than a strangely played KT are paying you off here?

I'm not sure why the button would call the flop bet, but then fold to the turn bet when only the 3h appeared? He gave the BB pot odds by calling the flop, which he didn't get on the turn but still called. I would have just checked, looked at his hand, and hopefully take the pot.

It's pretty interesting that you say 9 of clubs, because I checked, and villain showed K9 of hearts, and that 9 of clubs would have made him two pair.

probably trying to play the flop for a flushdraw. When it didn't hit on the turn, he didn't want to commit anymore chips as it would be a larger part of his stack.

I would just shove the river. Worse hands don't call often, but better ones pretty much never check.
