Making Money In Affiliate Marketing- Step By Step

I make the majority of my money in affiliate marketing and wanted to write a step by step on how to do it. Well I found a resource that explains it better than I would have.

Check out AndrewChaperon.com and click on ClickBank&Adwords Case Study. I have no ties with this guy but he could have easily compiled all this info into an ebook and sold it.

I actually put it all into a pdf file for myself to look over from time to time because I picked up some good info from it. One thing that I have not been doing which was a huge mistake was not building my list which is something that I am already implementing in 2007.

Other than that this is exactly what I do to make money online. If you guys have any questions just post them or pm me. I don't come on here all that much anymore but I will try to answer questions if you have any.

There is no need for me to do it. Andre explains exactly what I do but he explains it a lot better than I would have. Like I said my biggest mistake was not building a list and I am paying for it now.

What I see a ton of affiliate marketers doing is the following:

1. Download a template somewhere and create a "coupons & bargains" website.
2. Sign up to be an affiliate of basically every retailer online
3. Create a page on your site for "RetailerXYZ coupons and discounts!"
4. Stick a link to RetailerXYZ on your site with your affiliate code
5. Hope Google ranks your RetailerXYZ page on the first page for searches on "RetailerXYZ"
6. Siphon traffic via your Google link and send it on to RetailerXYZ
7. Profit

At least, every time we've experimented with using affiliates to drive traffic to us, we've had dozens of those type of sites sign up.

This is a great post on what NOT to do to make money. Yeah you can hope that google ranks you on the first page for searches as described in step 5 but the chances are slim to none. It's not easy to get traffic and get ranked by google.
