That's a point. I may have. Don't remember the exact date.
However the security question was when did I "purchase" my house (not refinance) and none of the selections were correct for that question. Had the refinancing been mentioned, I would have found out the answer before proceeding. As a result of their lack of precision, I am now banned for life from Click2pay. Hardly seems fair, does it? |

I had no problems. All the questions they asked me had accurate answer choices, except one, and that had a choice that was "None of the above."
Now I'm just waiting on the test deposits to my ING account. |

I'm just revealing what happened, asking for suggestions to correct the situation and trying to warn others they need to be very careful when answering the security questions to avoid having the problem I am having. And I do think its unfair that if I made a mistake on an ambiguous security question, Click2pay will not give me a chance to correct the problem with additional documentation, etc, and instead locks me out of their system on a permanent basis. |

Also, they sent me a link in the email so I didn't even have to log in to access the site for validation.
