Can I find a fold here somewhere? Maybe when he threebets me on the flop? Or should I call the threebet and fold turn UI?

You can't fold to the flop 3-bet. But don't cap. The turn is a call and the river is, on paper, a fold. But if he is unknown I call.

TP is clearly not the nuts in holdem, I see no reason to cap the flop

Either call down from flop or call down from flop 3-bet.

I do not understand the flop cap at all, what makes you think you're ahead? He can't take a free card on the turn since he's OOP.

The river is a fold IMO.

Call flop re-raise.
Call turn.
Fold river against all but the very aggressive/maniacal players.
