I don't know what Ax hands donk/call the flop and call the turn, so I don't know how much the river card matters. I think he's still calling with QQ, even if you bet the river because the pot is so big. Here, since QQ checks behind and all better hands bet, I think I'd check and fold. He can't bet the river with worse than JJ because he figures you for a king. I don't think this is a bet/fold, and I don't think this player ever bluffs the river (or bets a hand like 88), so check/fold seems best.

The only hands I can really think of that don't sound completely unlike a 21/16 player are KQ(s), and to a lesser extent, A9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] or A9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. I don't see him folding a king, or having anything that would be a bluffer, so I check-fold.

C/C. Your probably losing but the pots big. You're unlikely to get called if you're winning anyway. You could induce a bluff from a worse hand.

Not B/F. Why risk getting bluffed off the best hand w/ B/F? This is a good place for Btn to bluff if his 5outer didn't come in and he knows it's the only way to win. Yet if you call a raise you are making a mistake.

Yeah i really don't think this is close. That flop is so dry and the only reasonable hand you beat at this point is something like T9/J9 and he'll most likely check these through anyhow.

I'd check fold the turn after that guy coldcalls the flop. Given the turn bet, seems that the river is either check fold or bet (a bluff). He won't fold a king, so check fold.
