I saw OP's post about 20 minutes ago. Concerned, I went to Neteller, loaded my card, got in my truck, and just got back from the ATM with cash in hand (PNC Bank). I've withdrew the max $1k each of the last three days now without problem.

which type of ATM machine is that? i may go to my USbank right now and try it.

You just have to look for the "Star" logo on the ATM. I believe there's a picture of it on the back of your card.

I don't even look at the machines anymore. I used to when I first started using the card. But, I travel all over the country and I've never had an ATM reject it yet, so I just stopped noticing. I know BoA and Wells Fargo are good. I usually stick to the big chain banks, and not the State Bank of Podunk, fwiw. Also, I used a USBank for yesterdays withdrawal.

Are they still issuing new cards? What is the time frame on receiving one?
