I just cashed out $770 on my neteller debit card this afternoon.

This was the first time I used the new debit card but I had used the old one many times.

Used a Bank of America ATM if that makes a difference.

I had $83 on the card.

Then that's sucking indeed. Did you confirm that the money was on your card yet? It sometimes takes up to an hour for it to be "loaded" on there.

And, as a final question (because I'm REALLY curious!), did you call Neteller and ask 'em?

I hope to hear the result. Good luck!

they only work at pulse or star accepted atms... they have a website (found it through google... not sure what it is off the top of my head) that will help you find 'em (they are a ton of them)... As a previous poster said Bank of America ATMs work (which is what I use)

just got off of the phone with them and i'll be honest, i got a kind of a BS answer. She first tried to tell me that i may have reached my withdrawal limit for that day even tho she saw that i had only withdrew $100 in the last 24 hours. I told her that definately is not it, and then she starts telling me that it's just an "error" and she needs to forward this to their debit card department. and i tried to get details on it, but she kept telling me it was error with something called "FFT" or something i donno. It kinda felt like i wasn't getting a complete answer.

Since you mentioned that you had withdrawn $100 in the last 24 hours I'll throw this out there.

Read something to the effect on their website that only (3) withdrawals are allowed in a 24 hour period even if total of three withdrawals add up to less than the maximum allowed for a 24 hour period.

I saw OP's post about 20 minutes ago. Concerned, I went to Neteller, loaded my card, got in my truck, and just got back from the ATM with cash in hand (PNC Bank). I've withdrew the max $1k each of the last three days now without problem.
