Default Calling click2pay...

I'm trying to verify my click2pay account I set up, since I can't use Neteller anymore.

When I call the number they have listed on their website, it wont let me connect.

How do you get a hold of these people?

Does the number (1-888-254-2729) work for anyone else?

I tried yesterday, just to ask a couple quick questions, and I had the same problem.

Maybe they are getting overwhelmed with calls? Who knows.

When I originally set up the account a few weeks ago, I had this problem when trying to call them.

A private number called me when I created the account, but I didnt pick up since it was not a number I recognized. I found out later it was them calling to "verify" via an Email they sent me.

The Email said call them, but of course their number doesnt work.

Grr, I dont like click2pay thus far, I wish there was a better alternative.

[/ QUOTE ] I am not in the business of defending click2pay but they did just go from being a bit player in a market to the only player in that market. I imagine the lag for them to be able to handle the volume of inquiries, confirmations, requests, etc will be considerable. Even if they had a contingency for this exact scenario any hiring plan they would have to compensate would take mutliple weeks to institute.

Add in the increased load on IT systems (payment servers, call routing software, cripes even physical phone lines) and I imagine their HQs are a disaster right now.
