Sam: Honestly, we don't get updates this for site
Sam: They had their own cashier support
Sam: They have not been responding
Sam: We don't have any information about their withdrawals.
bjorn: uhm... so where do I go forward from now?
Sam: I don't know, there is no other contact
bjorn: no other contact besides this, and you dont know anything?
Sam: well their contact help@pokespoker.com

bjorn: yes, Ive figured that out myself, they have not replyed on any of my 20 or so emails
bjorn: So there is NO way getting in contact with Pokes??
Sam: not that I know of
bjorn: So I should just say bye bye to my pending $3.5k?
Sam: I don't know, we havn't heard anything
from this site for a few months now.
bjorn: but who am I talking to now?? Arent you an agent for Pokes? I clicked on Pokes online live support on pokespoker.com and started talking to you?
Sam: We provide gameplay support for them
bjorn: but what should I do?? surely, Im not the only one in this situation
Sam: Yes, but I don't know
bjorn: what would you have done??
Sam: I really don't know what to suggest
bjorn: ok. Ill just get in contact with others in similar situation and get a lawsuit going
Sam: Sorry I don't have more information for you.

Well, someone is updating the Pokes website. There's a new banner on their website advertising tournaments...??

So it's just business as usual, except they owe 304k (probably more)counting just the pending PABs?

Contacting Live Support will accomplish absolutely nothing. As stated many times before, support has nothing to do with cashouts.

Now I have to wonder if Neteller's new restriction for US players will make it even HARDER for us to get our money back. My pending cashout is for Neteller. If and when pokes finally decides to pay me, the cashout will be rejected by Neteller and bounced back to pokes. That's the LAST thing that I want to happen. And obviously no one at pokes is going to help me send the money to another location. I'm so sick of all this.

This online money is being pocketed by somebody if you ask me. Where did the money go? Somebody is gonna get caught, I think whoever is responsible is just stalling so that poker becomes illegal or something and he can somehow claim all our money.

I'm currently owed 30k right now.

Pretty much. I'm not including the money I'm owed as an asset anymore.

I talked with support and they sound different. I canceled my withdraw and made a new check withdraw. Heres what they siad. They said to email support regarding the situation. Wierd.

Sarah: Is there anything else i could assist you with Brian?

Brian: Im gonna email support. I will say you directed me there. How long should I wait for that check?

Sarah: it will take 24 to 72 hours to get processed and 7 to 14 working days to be delivered to your doorstep

Brian: Also, does my new transaction have anything to do with future bet

Sarah: no Brian

Brian: Has pokes been paying out past transactions recently?

Sarah: Yes Brian

Sarah: we do transactions on daily basis.

Sarah: You dont have to worry about it

Sarah: DGN is a licensed online gaming network

Brian: I hope so. But there has been a published problem with pokes for 4 months. http://www.casinomeister.com/pitchab...cember2006.php

Sarah: Let me check on that

Sarah: Give me a minute Brian

Brian: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...e=4#Post8461446

Brian: ok

Sarah: Brian, there might be some delays as we deal with thousands of players everyday, but at the end of the day,you will be given what you are entitled for
