I tip the same regardless b/c i assume that the driver gets none of it. If I knew that he got the whole $3.00 I might reconsider my policy.

To answer a previous poster: the delivery charge only started a couple of years ago in Toronto (as far as I remember). In the old days they only charged it if the order was under a certain amount.
