Default $6.5 Call with 85o getting 3:1 on bubble but calling = me short stack

PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t400 with t25 antes (4 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

CO (t5330)
Button (t1095)
SB (t4960)
Hero (t2115)

Preflop: Hero is in BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
<font color="gray">CO folds</font>, <font color="red">Button raises to t1070 (All-in)</font>, <font color="gray">SB folds</font> Hero???

I'd probably say that villian is not pushing any 2 cards but pushing probably around 30% (Any A/Any pp/any 2 broadway)

Calling and losing basically puts me in a good position to give me a 4th place finish but calling and winning obviously gives me an ITM and a good chance to move up in money and good folding equity 3handed.

I call the 600 more here with 3 to 1 here. If I was more or less guaranteed to get ITM by folding then I'd fold but the truth is you're pretty short here also (5bb) so even if you fold you're gonna need to make a move yourself soon. It's impossible to know his range but I'd say it's most likely 60/40 in his favor which is definitely a call given your pot odds and the position it puts you in if you win the hand.

It's a call, I'd say. You are pretty much RIGHT on the edge here though, if your hand was any worse, or if he like 200 more chips, or say he was tighter than your range it'd be a fold.

It's close, but I'd call. You have reasonable odds. If you fold and give the pot to the small stack, you become the small stack since he will have 1795 and you will have 1690. If you win this hand, you are ITM. If you lose, you still have another chance to double up.
