(100NL) KK 3bet with 2 callers on scary Q high flop

Little bit of a history with Villain over the last 50 hands. I 3bet him earlier $3-->$12, he overpushes with KK for $100 and gets called by some shortstack limper(I fold). Maybe 10-15 hands later I 3bet with another JJ, he overpushes.. I fold and he shows AA.

This hand occurred a different table than where the last 2 hands happened.

Villain is 36/8/.7 over 50 hands, Flop Aggr= 1

I actually think villain has a set of 3's a lot here...

But since he's relatively short I push it in, you'll see draws/Q's and stuff often enough. I somehow have a gut feeling he has a set of 3's exactly here, don't ask me why. [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Villain had pretty much a full stack to start the hand, it's around $35 more to push over the top.

Anyways for wondering minds he ended up having QQ.. I really had an urge to fold on the flop because of his aggression(lack of anyways) and with one other player acting behind me. I easily push vs most people and expect to see KQ/AQ but this guy just was so passive.
