Default Final 2 tables - how is this push?

20 players left and I'm in 10th. This is UB nightly $120 bounty tournament.

seat 0 with 52060.
seat 1 with 9935.
seat 2 with 47290.
seat 3 with 18720.
Button seat 4 with 76620.
Hero seat 5 with 38305.
seat 6 with 33225.
seat 7 with 81660.
seat 8 with 32225.
seat 9 with 32145.
The button is at seat 4.

Pre-flop: (10 players) Hero is SB with Ks 9s
7 folds, Button raises to t7100, Hero raises all-in t38155

No read on the button. Big blind left to act behind me seems like a solid player although I don't have much experience with him either.

Need to know the BB otherwise dont know how destperate you are. If Im the raiser Im calling you with pockets higher than 8 and A-10 K-Jsuited type of hands. You will probable take this down most of the time for a little win but Unless he has been doing this every round and seen him fold I would wait for a better spot. Again it all depends how much the blinds are.

From a complete objective perspective (no read or background on button) I am against pushing. Wait for a better spot. No need risking tournament life pushing AI with mediocre cards against someone who can possibly have a mediocre hand.

If he has previously made this play several orbits in a row or has been caught with his pants down in another hand, then I would consider pushing.

I think a lot of players are way too aggressive at this stage of the tourney... I say fold.
