Default PF: \"Stealing\" from Eeyore

When it becomes apparent that the player on my left has no real starting hand requirements, what adjustment do you make when "stealing" in either button or CO?

Does it make sense to open up your requirements against someone physically incapable of folding or isn’t it really better to wait and go to the offensive with a better that average (J7, Q5) starting hand especially since the ability to steal is lost.

This is also a player who will call with almost any 2 cards and only 3 bets with AA or KK.

Tighten your raising range. And calling becomes an option.
