PT and my FTP cashier don\'t match
I signed up for FTP yesterday. I deposited $600 this afternoon. I played today only. I have never played on FTP before. I don't have anything other than FTP showing in my database.
According to PT, I played 590 hands of NL100 today. Amount won is $163.05. The account balance in FTP is $715.55. Is there a reason somehow that there is a discrepancy? If I close down a table, is there a possibility that a hand history is missed? For instance, I shutdown a table immediately after losing a hand (maybe 1/3 of my stack was lost for instance). (Also, none of my bonus has been released - or detracted as far as I can tell). I'm not trying to "fleece me" this situation, or create any panic about this. I fully expect that I'm the idiot. |

For instance, I shutdown a table immediately after losing a hand (maybe 1/3 of my stack was lost for instance [/ QUOTE ] If you close a table during a hand or immediately after the cards are shown, the hand will not be written to your hard drive and therefore would not show up in your PT stats. Wait until the next hand is dealt before closing a table. SF |

Re: PT and my FTP cashier don\'t match
In PT what time does your day end???Check this under the preferences tab...Also after 590 hands some of your bonus would've been released so the difference is even greater then you think..

Re: PT and my FTP cashier don\'t match
Your initial suspicion is right FT is failing to write some hand histories to your hard drive. It's not just hands where you have just left the table either. If you are experiencing any sort of lag you will often lose the hand histories for those hands too. If you really want to keep your PT DB accurate you can email support to request the hand histories you missed, but it's a giant pain in the ass.

FTP support can send you a file of table buy-in/cashouts for your account, if you want to check against your PT.
