Isn't the show about Poker ? Who give a F*ck if she POURS a drink or not ? Cocktail Kings is a canceled show on Travel Channel. Try to find re-runs of that for discussion on drink service. FWIW, She got a $1 tip from Doyle brought Johnnie and Carlos their drinks. I beleive she made them off camera because NOBODY GIVES A F*CK about where the drinks come from. Just my observation...
