Default System help required

Hello Everyone,
I recently installed WindowXP2005 home edition. After i installed it,i used it for 3,4 hrs and next day when i started my Pc,after normal working like RAM memory display,it went to the user panel and after i selected the user,it loaded that user window for 2,3 sec and close it again and bring system back to user login and displayed this msg "logging off".I again clicked on my user, and it did same thing and doesnt matter how many time i edon a
user,it kept on doing same thing.I again installed the window and used it for 6,7 hours tht day,and next day when i started my pc,it again did same thing. Its now 4 days and i m facing same problem.Every day when i switch on my pc,i have to re-install the windows as i cant logon to my user account. Two important things to note are everytime i logged on to the user, system clock goes back to 2002 date and second thing is when i go to safe mode,it show no error and properly logged on to my user account. If anyone could help me how can i solve this problem. Thanks

Default Re: System help required

When you install windows do you connect to the internet?
Also have installed the lastest drives and software for your computer?
Since Safe mode works it may be a driver issue ( ie Driver updates and thats why it gets messed up on the restart)...else try going into msconfig and make sure nothing strange is starting up. If nothing else start in safe mode and run a virus/spyware check.

Hopefully this helps.
Later,
WGO
