(100NL) Getting value out of combo draw vs pflop minraiser

Villain is a donk. I 3-bet him a few times recently this hand so I wasn't looking to do it light. He suddenly decided to minraise this hand when his usual was 3.5x.. soo I decided to tag along in position. I'm pretty much looking for a line check. I bet a little smaller on the river than normal because he seemed weak after making a c/r on the turn.
