Problem w/ Rakeback.com -- Question

I signed up for UB rakeback w/ rakeback.com on 12/31. I emailed them a couple of times and they have not responded. I'm getting a little annoyed. Is this unusual? Something to be concerned about?

possible that they arent getting your emails...do you have another email address you can write from....do they have an online form you can submit?

I've been doing lot's of business with rb.com and they're as reliable as anyone. I don't know if they read these forums but I'll tell the guy in charge to check out this thread [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img].

Okay this is getting stupid. Still no confirmation. Are these guys idiots? Or does it normally take 20 days to get confirmation?

no, it is a little strange that u've had to wait this long though...they're prolly just way backed up right now...they're usually reliable from what friends say, so i wouldn't worry too much...

While I do not want to speak on Rakeback.com's behalf, especially since I do not know the specifics of the situation at hand, it can take a while to confirm whether you have signed up correctly for UB if for some reason you were not tracked correctly (sometimes this happens when signing up). Typically, a new player shows up in reports the following day after sign up, however, if you are not showing in their reports, they may have to work with UB directly to determine whether or not you signed up under them correctly. This can take a few weeks in that UB support can be rather slow, so this may be the case at hand. I would try to contact them to find out the specifics of your case and the reason for why they cannot confirm whether you are going to be getting UB rakeback and hopefully they can explain futher.
