<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $12</font>, MP3 folds, Hero ?

SB is a tight/solid player (16/3/2 250 hands) His calling of my near pot size bets has me confused, surely he'd re-raise with a set, especially with MP3 being a fish (73/2/1) and calling down hands with any pair/draw. What can villain (SB) have here ? MY image is def TAG (13/10/7 90 hands) and have have won with solid hands.

god maybe he has JT. that's what it looks like. i don't play full ring. but maybe it's a blocking bet with AJ.

I'd call.

How does he play his combo draws? If he plays them passively, could this be something like Tc9c that missed and is now trying to buy the pot by masquerading a bluff as a value bet? Could this be AJ calling with the intention of blocking a blank river? I really don't think a player with those stats is calling a raise OOP w/ JT and then calling those PSBs on the flop and turn with TPNK on such a drawy board. If he's got a set, then it's pretty poorly played as well, given how wet that flop was. I'd call given the good pot odds and SB's strange line, and make a note if he has a set or JT.

I agree with your summation , I couldn't put him on a hand like a set or flush draw because it made no sense how he played it. Getting 4-1 on my money I called and he showed QQ. Which makes some sense as to his line, I guess , except he has no idea where he is and is just gonna call down and hope he hasn't run into a set, weak play, but makes sense for someone not being able to let go of an overpair. I really didn't know what I was gonna see when I called, I just knew his line didn't make alot of sense.
