2 hands no resistance
Correct me if I'm wrong but I have no reason to slow down on either of these hands do I?
With both of these it just irked me to keep pressing the bet button. Re: 2 hands no resistance
In first hand, if you planned on calling a river bet then you may as well bet as this prevents villian from value betting his good hands and checking behind with his weaker ones that he would call a bet with.
in second hand if we assume the villian is a typical 0.25/0.5 player then I would bet because you get shown Qx, 7x or another pair that you beat. Sometimes it is Kx...thems the breaks. I'd need a read to convince me not to bet the river in hand 2. |

Re: 2 hands no resistance
Both hands are standard. Keep betting until they give you a reason not to.

Re: 2 hands no resistance
yeah i had no reads on any person individually but the table was in general loose passive. I just wanted to make sure im playing these situations right. Id assume that i would use a dif line against a TAG? what about LAG? also what kind of line whould you suggest?

Re: 2 hands no resistance
In the second hand, if you have a read, I might decide to check behind on the river. You'll realize soon enough who will call down with TPwK.
The first is a clear value bet in most games. People routinely play Ax, sometimes Kx but much less so Qx. So you'll be up against a K in hand two more often than against a Q in hand one. |
