Default [$25NL] AQo in CO with BB caller

In this hand i'm in the CO and it's folded to me. I've been raising a lot from this position this session and a lot of times it was with mediocre hands, but this time that's not the case. I make the standard raise to $1 with AQo and get a call from the big blind.

I hit the flop with TP2K and make a standard bet, the same size if I wouldnt have hit it. Villain calls and on the turn he minraises my bet of $4 in a $5.80 pot. What should I do in this scenario?

In case of a call, what should I do on the river when he, for example, bets half the pot or 1/3 the pot and I haven't improved my hand?

The thin read i have on him is 28/15/1 over 52 hands. I am playing 21/16/3 in this session.

Fold. When he check raises you it is probably not a bluff. You might see him catching a flush draw here but it is probably two pair.

ugly turn card, I'd be inclined to check behind here.
