Default Semi-deep 1/2 NL River desicion

I just started playing at absolute last week and the play seems pretty bad, but no real reads on any opponent yet.

Villain has 315 and I cover

Villain limps UTG, MP limps, I check 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Flop comes Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I lead for 6, villain calls

Turn Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I check call 8

RIVER (pot 36) Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I check, Villain bets 16 , I CR to 65, Villain takes about ten seconds and pushes for 230 more.

Im not sure I have ever pushed there in his spot with a worse hand, but his play doesnt really make much sense to me.

think i would call and expect to see AQ,KQ most of the time.
66,77 might be possible but is unlikely.

i think he figures you for a weaker queen because of the check on the turn.
