I have the same problem. They have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it. I play maybe one hour a month on stars, felt like playing some triple draw and got that secure ID thing. I've been emailing back and forth with support to no avail. They said it was effecting a small group of people.

I mean as long as this thing wont put the security of my account in jeopardy i'm fine with it.

if it is a keylogger virus just reinstalling pokerstars wont do anything becuase the keylogger will still be able to get all ur passwords... i would reinstall windows and start from scratch then reinstall stars.. gl
