i don't get how "notice anything?" is a clue, but "this page is scanned out of a book" maybe should be examined? i cant think of anything for it but maybe we overlooked something

This isn't a WW2 photo. This picture was scanned out of a swingers book where a special "Dress up like Nazi characters" orgy was being held in 1992. They did a great job getting into proper costume and taking the photograph with the correct camera for the time period. This is also the most plausible explanation as to why said waitress is packing salami.
