Value bet or check behind?
Obviously the turn check raise here raised the alarms and I called drawing for the house.
BUT ... I think it's rare for people to check this river with a flush. That left me just concerned with the straight and thinking that I should throw a smallish (1/3-1/2 pot) bet out there to get a call from 2 pair or even a ace. Re: Value bet or check behind?
Well, his line doesn't make much sense. He looks like a weirdo. And a weirdo could have a lot here. A weirdo could also call a small bet with a lot. Bet 1/2 pot or less, hope for a call. Cry and fold if you get difecta CRed.

Result
Yeah, just wanted to sound this one off some people.
I bet $200 on the river and he check-raised all-in and I folded ... I'm 99% beat unless he's completely nuts. Guess he had a flush and got really weird with it. |
