New deep stack tables on FTP
New: There are now $150/$300 NL Hold'em tables on FTP with a max. buy-in of $60,000.
View: I think it will bring even more action. Should FTP create nano limit tables (I wonder if this is a topic for the guys who run FTP) Poker Stars might have been the most popular online poker room. Please feel free to share your opinion. |

Re: New deep stack tables on FTP
Yeah those tables have been up a couple months in general...the 150/300 one has probably only been there a month though if that makes you feel any better.

Re: New deep stack tables on FTP
Maybe my assumptions were totally wrong then. It seems that I haven't noticed those tables for a month which means that they aren't played at very often. This would mean that they are not that popular and my view on things was the opposite of what really happened. I don't like to be wrong but here I was I guess.

Re: New deep stack tables on FTP
they introduced all of the deep stack tables at the beginning of november, including 150/300 i think. I'm almost certain the first deep tables were there around november 1st because i started playing them as soon as they got them, and I'm somewhat sure about 150/300 starting then too.

[/ QUOTE ] They should not create nano limit deep stacked tables. It's bad for business in the long run, even if some players really want it, because it will lead to the fish going bust too quickly and won't preserve the player base. |

Re: New deep stack tables on FTP
PokrLikeItsProse,
I'm sorry. I haven't expressed myself very well. I meant that the creation of nano fixed limit Hold'em tables (such as $.0.02/$0.04) would bring a lot players to FTP and cause (in my opinion) BIG trouble for Poker Stars. I wonder how much server work load unraked nano limit tables would produce for the FTP servers. Would the work load be the main reason for FTP to not install those games? |
