I don't know much about teasing O/U lines, but I don't like the Seattle +15. I don't think that it's worth paying for the 6 points between 9 and 15 in virtually any situation. Also not crazy about the NE end of it. If you come to the conclusion that it'll be close, I'd prefer to bet it straight up rather than pay to move it to 10.5. Considering these are completely "non-Wong" teaser plays, I'd guess that most of the respondents will feel the same way.

Playing each bet straight up by itself is much more profitable.
