Default 200NL, JJ in position. Flop play.

I just moved up from 100NL and don't know what to expect at 200NL. I have no reads on him, have never played with him, and this is the first hand at the table.

I am still "new" at poker although I have been playing online for four years. Only recently have I been taking it seriously and its amazing what reading 2+2 can do for ones game.

Is preflop standard?
Also, if BB pushed preflop what is my action?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (3 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from http://www.flopturnriver.comFlopTurnRiver.com (Format: Plain Text)

SB ($200)
BB ($40)
Hero ($200)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Jd, Jh.
Hero raises to $8, SB raises to $28, BB calls $26, Hero calls $20.

Flop: ($84) 9d, 9s, 8d (3 players)
SB bets $59, BB calls $12 (All-In), Hero ?

if you don't call this flop, you need to fold preflop
