Weak-tight approach:
I will assume that I have 0 FE agains a semi-thinking opponent (with no reads) and will probably need an slightly BETTER than average hand to push here. Top 25%, probably. I'm pretty much sure I will be better off pushing with a much wider range from either SB / Button / CO / CO-1...

2+2 approach:
With his raise there's now 3200 in the pot, he has 2300 left behind and I doubt he's folding, so I need to pay 3100 to see the pot of 5500, so you're getting 1:1.77 on your push and you're pretty much correct to push any two unless your opponent is a certified Rock.
